’s’ is missing in ‘Create Shortcuts…’ option at chrome://apps/.

OS: Mac OS X(10.10.5, 10.11.4)

Precondition : 1. 'V2 app' like calculator should be installed and developer mode should be enabled.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Launch chrome and navigate to chrome://apps/,right click on it such that context menu get open.
2. Observe ‘Create Shortcut…’ option.

Actual: ’s’ is missing in ‘Create Shortcuts…’ option.
Expected: ‘Create Shortcuts…’ should be seen instead of ‘Create Shortcut…’ after step 2.

This is non regression issue, seen from ‘M 34’ ( 34.0.1767.0)

Note: issue is not seen on Windows and Linux OS.
