Drag dropped URL from Chrome cannot be saved in Pocket App

Issue description

Chrome Version: 54.0.2803.0 (Official Build) 74ed884d4d42cb7152dc75fae33351e8e34220cd-refs/heads/master@{#406716} 32/64 Bit.
OS: Windows (7,8,10), Linux (14.04 LTS)

Test URL: https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/pocket/mjcnijlhddpbdemagnpefmlkjdagkogk?hl=en

Steps:
1. Launch chrome and install the "Pocket" app from above mentioned URL.
2. Open the app and click the "+" sign. Now navigate to some website in chrome.
3. Drag-drop the URL into the Pocket app. Click on "Save" button. Observe.

Actual:   The drag-dropped URL is not saved after hitting "Save" button.
Expected: The drag-dropped URL should be saved after hitting "Save" button.

This is a non-regression issue seen from 'M-32'.

Note: Issue is not seen on Mac OS(10.10.5, 10.11.5).
