Request for a shortcut key to focus the corresponding "parent" window and tab from detached Developer Tools

Reported by a...@witorean.com, Jul 21 2016

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/51.0.2704.103 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open Developer Tools (detached window) with F12.
2. Tab or even window from which DevTools were open gets "burried" in the process of browsing.
3. No simple way to focus back on corresponding window and tab from Developer Tools.

What is the expected behavior?
With Developer Tools open in a detached window, a simple shortcut key would "pop" the right window and focus on the right "parent" tab.

What went wrong?
Having 64 GB of ram I rarely close tabs in my Chrome, because you know... "I might need that info later" and I often burry the tabs I work on with the pile of others where I google stuff and learn. When I want to go back to the tab I work on I can't even though I have DevTools from that tab visible.

Did this work before? N/A

We can totally have command menu item for this.

I don't want to come off as ungrateful, because I think It's awesome you guys are looking into it, but I really think some key shortcut would be much better here than a menu item. It's all about the "flow". Unless you'll make it possible to assign a shortcut to that action in the options, in which case I'll shut up :)
I just filed this issue. a slightly different approach but basicly the same problem.

let's find out the best way and merge them into one issue to make it easy to track :)
