Text appear chopped in the drop down menu of chrome://md-settings.

Chrome Version: 54.0.2803.0 (Official Build) 74ed884d4d42cb7152dc75fae33351e8e34220cd-refs/heads/master@{#406716} 32/64 Bit.
OS: Windows (7,8,10)

Steps:
1. Launch chrome and navigate to chrome://md-settings
2. Change the browser language to 'Bengali'
3. Observe the text in 'Font size' drop down menu.

Actual: Text appear chopped in the drop down menu.

Expected: Text should not appear chopped.

This is a non regression issue seen from M-52.

Note: Issue is not seen in Mac and Linux OS.

Can you explain why you think the text is chopped? Expanding the dropdown menu it seems that the text shown when collapsed is matching the option shown when expanded. The string might be wrong, but it does not seem chopped (see attachment).

Re-checked the issue on latest canary 55.0.2883.0, issue is not reproducible. 
i.e. Text is properly seen in the drop down menu.
