"Chrome Tab" preview in Desktop Capture Picker Window New UI is not a list

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) select "Chrome Tab" tab in screen share picker new UI
(2) have multiple tabs open in Chrome
(3)

What is the expected output?
a list with all tabs open, with favicons

What do you see instead?
screen previews with black frames, horizontal and vertical scroll bar

Status: WontFix (was: Untriaged)
M52 is old.
We actually finish the development in M54. 
We will not release tab capture in M52.

I am aware that M52 is old but this is what I have available for testing on Linux. Let's keep this open for tracking purposes and ignore the version.
