Non-Regression: "View Options" tab in Chrome://tracing page is getting chopped when zoomed to 250%.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Launch Chrome and go to chrome://tracing.
(2)Zoom the page upto 250% and observe "View Options" tab.

Expected: The "view options" tab shouldn't get chopped when zoomed to 250%.

Actual: Instead, tab is getting chopped.

This is a Non-Regression issue and seeing the same behaviour since M-45.

Issue is reproducible on Mac 10.11.5 using 54.0.2803.0.
