Regression: Chrome doesn't update the chome://history URL once search query is triggered and reloaded history page.

Chrome Version: 54.0.2803.0 Revision 74ed884d4d42cb7152dc75fae33351e8e34220cd-refs/heads/master@{#406716}(32/64 bit)
OS:Windows (7,8,10), Mac(10.10.5,10.11.4)

Precondition: Create some history in browser.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Launch chrome, navigate to chrome://history page
(2) Type in search field as 'No search results found'. is seen, then reload page and observe.

URL in omnibox does not update after reloading the history page.

This is a regression issue, broken in 'M-54', below is bisect info:

Good Build: 54.0.2802.0
