Non Regression: Unnecessary focus is seen on e-mail field in Add address overlay of chrome://md-settings.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Launch chrome>>Navigate to chrome://md-settings/autofill page>>Click on Add address link
(2)Now click anywhere outside the overlay and observe focus on email field in add address overlay (Please refer to video)

Expected:No such focus should be seen on email field in add address overlay.
Actual:Instead focus is seen.

This is a Non-regression issue as Edit/Add address is added from 54.0.2796.0 build.

Able to reproduce the issue on Mac 10.11.5 using chrome version 54.0.2803.0
