Regression : Rendered Fonts text is seen overlapped in computed section of DevTools

Issue description

Version: 54.0.2803.0
OS: Ubuntu 14.04,Windows

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Launch chrome -> Go to chrome://apps page
(2)Now press F12 to open DevTools -> Press F1 to open settings page
(3)Now click on 'Restore defaults and reload' Button in Preferences section -> Now observe Computed section in Elements Tab (Please refer screenshot)

Expected: No Overlapping should be seen
Actual: Instead Overlapping of Rendered Fonts text is seen  

This is Regression Issue broken in M-53
will provide bisect info soon

Able to reproduce the issue on Mac 10.11.5 using chrome version 54.0.2803.0.

Just to update, unable to reproduce the issue on Ubuntu 14.04 and MAC 10.11.5 for chrome version 54.0.2808.0. Attached screenshot for the same.

@ mm00333839: Request you to please take a look into it and update accordingly.
