OS hangs up after un-plug HDMI and "Stop" screen capture.

Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; CrOS x86_64 8172.62.0) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/51.0.2704.106 Safari/537.36 Platform: 8172.62.0 (Official Build) stable-channel peppy Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Connect HDMI monitor 2. Launch app 3. Press "Enable Capture" and select Internal Display. 4. un-plug HDMI 5. Click "Stop" in sharing notification window. What is the expected behavior? Stop screen sharing normally. What went wrong?
