Regression : 'Full Stop' ( . ) is seen misplaced in History side bar.

Issue description

Chrome version : 54.0.2803.0 (Official Build) 74ed884d4d42cb7152dc75fae33351e8e34220cd-refs/heads/master@{#406716} 32/64 bit
OS :  Windows (7,8,8.1,10), Mac(10.10.5, 10.11.4)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Launch chrome and sign in to chrome using valid credentials.
2. Go to chrome://history and click on History side bar.
3. Observe the ' . ' ( i.e. Full Stop) just below the 'history.google.com' link at bottom left corner.

Actual : 'Full Stop' ( . ) is seen misplaced.
Expected : 'Full Stop' should be at it's original position.

This is a regression issue broken in 'M-54', below is the Manual regression and Change log info:
Good Build : 54.0.2802.0
Bad Build : 54.0.2803.0

Suspecting : r406500 from Change log

Note : 
1. Issue not reproducible on Chromium builds as not able to Sign in to chrome, hence providing suspect from Change log URL.
2. Will soon update Linux info.
