Add CVox Keybinding to jump by group

Reported by nimerjaber1@gmail.com, Jul 21 2016

Issue description

Mode: force_next
Version: 54.0.2800.2
Reproduction Steps:
This is a feature that was present in Classic, and was extremely helpful. The ability to jump to the next group or out of a group is very helpful in getting out of long lists, tables, or any other container elements. At present, I don't see that this exists, so allowing a user to map it and implementing it would be extremely helpful, even if it remains unmapped.

+1 either jump by group or start/end of current container (e.g. list, table, etc.)

David, what are your thoughts on this? What was the rationale behind not including group anymore?

Comment 3 by nek...@chromium.org, Jul 25 2016

Personally, I don't understand what the word "group" means. Can anybody explain it? This is a rhetorical question of course.
We have move by paragraph don't we? In my opinion, it should suffice.

Move by paragraph and move to the end of a container or to next group are
totally different things. Although, there is another bug filed about moving
by block of text...

Group never made much sense because it was always poorly defined despite its usefulness.

Much like nektar@ says, if we view the web through the lens of a document, characters, words, lines, paragraphs, pages fit into a natural hierarchy and perhaps we should use those names as well.

I'm fine with beginning and end of container as well as a separate command.
