CVox ought to have a way for user to jump to next block of text

Reproduction Steps: 
1. CVox+O+O
2. Tab through or navigate by object through to listing of CVox Keybindings.
Expected: Keybinding for jumping to next and previous block of text on a page
Actual: No such keybindings appear to exist.

Note that this feature is present in *all* screen readers on Windows, Linux and Mac platforms.
