Traversing keyboard shortcuts through CVox Options causes trigger of sticky keys with no way to disable

Issue descriptionMode: force_next Version: 54.0.2800.2 Reproduction Steps: 1. enable Chromevox Next 2. CVox+O+O to CVox Options 3. Tab through the entire dialog box. 4. CTRL+W to close Window. 5. Press C or the shift key Observed: Chromevox now appears to be in a sticky mode. Pressing C tries to jump to the next check box, pressing shift states "ignoring next keypress.
