feature request: sort chrome://flags by multiple values

Project Member Reported by kayce@google.com, Jul 20 2016

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_11_6) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/54.0.2800.0 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
"I'd really like to see updated flags page where you can sort by multiple values, like: date added, last update, platform, touch etc."

What is the expected behavior?

What went wrong?
"Current list is very chaotic. If that would take a lot of work or any other reason why not to do this, just add date of last update and date of release next to available platforms label."

Did this work before? No

Chrome version: 54.0.2800.0 Channel: canary
OS Version: OS X 10.11.6
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 22.0 r0
