We need a view that displays a list of milo builds that were executed by a certain bot. Just like swarming's bot view, but build links should go back to milo, as opposed to swarming, so a user can see steps, not raw swarming task log.

Perhaps it does not make sense to show non-milo builds on the milo page. If a user wants to see non-milo tasks, they can open swarming bot page.
