Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/51.0.2704.103 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Open SharePoint 2013 list 2. Under 'List' tab click on 'Export to Excel' What is the expected behavior? Upon clicking on 'Export to Excel' option, Chrome should download the 'owssvr.iqy' file which further trigger Excel to open / export the SharePoint List in Excel. What went wrong? This isn't a bug in Chrome. It's a bug in SharePoint. Export to Excel functionality, for some reason, in SharePoint 2013 depends on an ActiveX control. Since Chrome doesn't support ActiveX it clearly won't work unless SharePoint itself is updated.
