What steps will reproduce the problem?
1) Launch chrome, go to above URL and add the extension.
2) Right click on extension icon beside omnibox and select 'Hide in chrome menu'.
3) Click on wrench menu, press Down arrow key and observe.

On pressing Down arrow key focus is not seen on extension icon.

On pressing Down arrow key focus should be on extension icon.

This is a Non-Regression issue seen from M-51 series (51.0.2668.0)

Note: 1) In previous builds, 'Hide in chrome menu' option was not available.
      2) Issue is not seen on Windows and Linux OS.
