Regression: [Incognito] Color of favicon for chrome://apps page is not proper on bookmark bar.

Issue description

Chrome Version: 54.0.2802.0 Revision fc6aaca4ed6ff4f050e6f5c7fb19af85da8db574-refs/heads/master@{#406441}(32/64 bit)
OS: Windows(7,8,10), Linux (Ubuntu 14.04 LTS)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Launch chrome, bookmark the chrome://apps page then open incognito windows.
(2) Observe the favicon for chrome://apps page on bookmark bar.

Color of favicon for chrome://apps page is not proper on bookmark bar in incognito mode .

Color of favicon for chrome://apps page should be proper on bookmark bar.

This is Regression issue broken in M-54,below is the Narrow bisect info:

Good build: 53.0.2785.0
Bad build: 54.0.2787.0

Looks like an intentional change, estade@ request you to please confirm on this. 

Adding release block label, please undo or remove if not the case.

Not intentional, but it shouldn't be very common to bookmark chrome://apps since we already reserve a space for it at the left of the bookmark bar.

Removing Blocker label, since priority is reduced to P3. Please add again if not the case.

Just to update:

Above issue is reproducible on latest canary 55.0.2878.0
Status: Archived (was: Assigned)
Archiving old bugs that have only received trivial updates for some time.
