Regression:Grey highlight appears to be chopped from RHS of dropdown list in chrome://md-settings.

Chrome Version: 54.0.2802.0 fc6aaca4ed6ff4f050e6f5c7fb19af85da8db574-refs/heads/master@{#406441} (32/64-bit)
OS: Windows(7,8,10),Mac(10.10.5, 10.11.4)

Steps:
1.Launch chrome and navigate to chrome://md-settings/advanced.
2.Click on 'Clear Browsing Data' and then click on dropdown list.
3.Observe the grey highlight.

Actual: Grey highlight appears to be chopped from RHS of dropdown list.
Expected: Grey highlight should be seen properly.

This is a regression issue, broken in M-54 series, below is bisect info.

Good build: 54.0.2790.0
Bad build : 54.0.2791.0

Note: This issue is not seen on Linux OS.

Unable to reproduce above issue on latest canary version i.e 55.0.2878.0, hence marking it as Won't fix.
