The video can play, but the screen can not be slid up and down

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. visit www.youku.com and play a video like v.youku.com/v_show/id_XNTgxNzQ1MTMy.html?x&from=y7.2-1-94.3.1-1.17-1-1-0-0
2. Click the enter fullscreen button twice quickly
3.exit fullscreen 

What is the expected behavior?
The video can play normally, and the screen can be slid up and down.

What went wrong?
The screen can not be slid up and down

Did this work before? No 

Is it a problem with Flash or HTML5? N/A

Does this work in other browsers? N/A 

Chrome version: 51.0.2704.106  Channel: stable
OS Version: 
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 22.0 r0
