Regression:Weird flickering is observed on Header of chrome://history after checking/unchecking the checkbox of print preview.

Issue description

Chrome Version:54.0.2801.0 (Official Build) 077e9d75164f02033b09c634dd87df584a2de93a-refs/heads/master@{#406345} 64 bit
OS: Mac (10.10.5, 10.11.4)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Launch chrome and navigate to chrome://history/
2. Type any word in search field and press ‘Cmd+P’ such that print preview opens.
3. Check/uncheck any checkbox of print preview and observe Header of the page.

Actual:Weird flickering of search field is seen on header of the page.
Expected: Flickering should not be seen.

This is regression issue, broken in ‘M 54’ and will soon update the bisect info:

Note: Issue is not seen on Windows and Linux Os.

Above issue is reproducible on Mac OS using Latest Canary Version: 55.0.2878.0 (Official Build) 6bf82374fb3a17659851bc4e830c063577ba80fd-refs/heads/master@{#422326}

Marking as WontFix.

I'm still able to reproduce this, but it's extremely minor. It seems likely that it's a quirk due to Print Preview needing to render the page at a narrow width, and I don't think there's much we can do about it from the History WebUI side.
