Can't exit full screen at all

Chrome Version     Newest as of 7/20/16   : 51.0.2704.106
OS Version: 10.0

Other browsers tested:
  Add OK or FAIL after other browsers where you have tested this issue:
     Safari 5:
  Firefox 4.x:
     IE 7/8/9:

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Pressing full screen in the settings on chrome
2. Some unknown button that my cat clicked when she jumped on my computer
3. 

What is the expected result?
Going full screen and being able to exit

What happens instead of that?
Can't exit full screen

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.
I've looked on forums about this and have tried the suggested fixes, and nothing has worked.

@daintycutiee: Please Press F11 key to exit the full screen. 

If you are still unable to exit the full screen, please follow the process beneath and let us know your observations.

1. Uninstall your Google Chrome.
2. Re-install Google Chrome Latest Stable Version - 52.0.2743.82
