Some pointer event tests we imported do not have associated JS to simulate the user inputs

There are two tests I found so far in the imported layout test folder which do not have associated JS to simulate the user inputs.
imported/wpt/pointerevents/pointerevent_suppress_compat_events_on_click.html
imported/wpt/pointerevents/pointerevent_suppress_compat_events_on_drag_mouse.html
