MD Settings: Clicking on "About" sometimes ignored.

Repro steps:
1) Navigate to chrome://md-settigs
2) Expand sidebar.
3) Expand Advanced section from the sidebar.
4) Click on "About Chrome"

Expected result: Sidebar closes, and navigation to the "About" page happens.
Actual result: Sidebar closes, but no navigation happens.
