The ChromeServiceWorkerFetchPPAPITest and ChromeServiceWorkerFetchPPAPIPrivateTest failures were because I compiled without NACL support. The GeolocationBrowserTest and AppBannerDataFetcherBrowserTest are still real.

The geolocation test failures are caused by memory leaks. While bad, I wouldn't consider that a release blocker. AppBannerDataFetcherBrowserTest failures might be functional, but I don’t think they’re worth blocking a Beta release.
