Regression:Drop down list appears misplaced after zooming the page.

Chrome Version:53.0.2785.21 (Official Build) Revision 3ec5ccd4e93a73da783addab676596886de56d27-refs/branch-heads/2785@{#212} (32/64-bit) 
OS: Windows(7,8,10), Mac (10.10.5)(10.11.4), Linux(Ubuntu 14.04 LTS).

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Launch chrome and navigate to chrome://tracing/ and click on 'record' button
(2)Click on 'stop' button, click on 'file size stats' from R.H.S 
(3)Click on 'Add another' drop down button and zoom in the page,observe the list.

Actual: Drop down list appears misplaced after zooming the page.

Expected: Drop down list should not be misplaced after zooming the page.

This is a regression issue broken in 'M50' and will soon update other info.
