What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Create a sample html page with a frameset and frames inside it
(2)write javascript code to focus the window on every reload of window
(3)put some console log to find if window has come in to focus 

What is the expected result?
we should be seeing the console log which we have put when the window comes in to focus

What happens instead?
there is no log observed in the developer console.
