Precondition: Saved password on any site(e.g. on Gmail.com)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Launch chrome, navigate to chrome://md-settings then navigate to Manage password section.
(2) Click on iron icon and observe the 'View details' option in overlay.

View details option is not centrally aligned on more options overlay.

This is a regression issue, broke in 'M-54', below is bisect info:
