Regression:Header section appears chopped after resizing the browser window in chrome://history page.

Issue descriptionChrome Version: 53.0.2785.21 (Official Build) Revision 3ec5ccd4e93a73da783addab676596886de56d27-refs/branch-heads/2785@{#212} (32/64-bit) OS:Windows(7,8,10),Linux(14.04 LTS) Pre-condition: Enable Material Design history from chrome://flags. Steps: 1.Launch chrome,press Ctrl+H. 2.Resize the browser window horizontally upward till header section so that scrollbar appears. 3.Now scroll page via mouse wheel and observe. Actual: Header section appears chopped after resizing the browser window. Expected: Header section should be seen properly after resizing the browser window. This is a regression issue, broken in M-53 series, below is bisect info. Good build:53.0.2774.2 Bad build: 53.0.2776.0 Narrow bisect: https://chromium.googlesource.com/chromium/src/+log/9882d61c25bbebe84e82a7d559cae6f0807a4775..5b2a354261ba7d818e411b981f98bcd05e3c34f2?pretty=fuller&n=100 Suspecting: r401168? Above issue is not reproducible on latest canary version i.e 55.0.2878.0,hence marking it as Won't Fix. |
