RTCCertificateStats (http://rawgit.com/w3c/webrtc-stats/master/webrtc-stats.html#certificatestats-dict*) is missing. As part of updating getStats ( bug 627816 ) these stats needs to be made available in WebRTC and surfaced to Blink.
