password saved bubble message text too small

Yah. That does seem too small. 
Is this specific to password generation? 

hwi@ is taking a pass over password-related UIs as part of our secondary-ui-harmony UX sprint this week.

there are several places in the password bubble that use it --- I guess the pictured one is actually [2].
