Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_11_5) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/51.0.2704.106 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Enable Do-Not-Disturb mode in Mac 2. Extensions are still allowed to show notifications What is the expected behavior? I do not expect to see any notifications when the Do not disturb mode is enabled What went wrong? Previously, Chrome had a icon which let you manage notifications easily which was recently removed(http://blog.chromium.org/2015/10/streamlining-notifications-on-desktop.html)..now it is buried deep inside settings to disable notifications when I am in a meeting, etc. It should respect the Do not disturb settings in Mac. In the ideal case, Chrome could use the Mac notification system to show alerts which would solve the problem too. WebStore page: Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 51.0.2704.106 Channel: stable OS Version: OS X 10.11.5 Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 22.0 r0 |
