Autotest change status.log link

We can't link to files in google storage as per b/27653354.

Lets link to the root results folder (parent of status.log) instead of status.log.

Charlene volunteered* to do this.

[autotest] change the status.log link to root link of all test results

The status.log link is broken recently. Therefore, change it point to
the parent link of status.log, which is the link to all logs of a given
test.
