[FR] Open a new tab by repeatedly swiping past the last tab |
||||||
Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/51.0.2704.106 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: Having to press the tab button at the top right of a Chrome (on Android) screen, then click the "new tab" button at the top left, seems like more work than it needs to be. If you swipe from the right edge of the screen to the left when there are no more tabs to the right, the app currently tilts the current tab to the left but stops quickly, letting you know there are no more tabs. If you swipe one more time after this, how about we just open a new tab for the user? Just an idea. What is the expected behavior? What went wrong? I expected an easier way to open a new tab. Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 51.0.2704.106 Channel: stable OS Version: Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 22.0 r0

Thanks for submitting this feature request. I'll keep this open for the Tab Switcher folks to consider in their plans.

Looks like this could still be relevant for the Tab Switcher.
