Using chrome in kiosk mode can lead to a blank white screen

OS: Windows 7+

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Open chrome web browser and enable full screen mode by pressing F11 (it does not matter which website is currently shown in the browser)
(2) Press "windows key + d" to focus the windows desktop
(3) Press "alt + tab" to refocus the chrome web browser

What is the expected output?
Kiosk mode should return back to screen before step 2

What do you see instead?
You see now a blank white screen

Thanks for the report.

Not able to reproduce the issue on Win7 using Chrome Stable # 52.0.2743.82, Beta 52.0.2743.75, Dev 53.0.2785.21, Canary # 54.0.2802.0, attached screencast for reference.

next Stable build will be pushed to the users in couple of days, requesting to check in the latest build and let us know if the issue still persists.

Note: Able to reproduce on Stable # 51.0.2704.106.
