At scale factor 1.5, there's an unpainted px between the toolbar bottom and the infobar top.  I wonder if this is a DIP-vs.-px issue.

Also, the infobar icon and buttons are too low by 1 px in 1.5, and the text looks even lower.  I didn't check other scale factors.
