mash: Status tray item for displays

Right now TrayDisplay is stubbed out on mus because display management will be different. We need to rebuild it once the display management APIs are more stable.

What information does TrayDisplay need?

James, is this still relevant? I tried to find TrayDisplay and don't see it anymore.

Not relevant.

FYI - there is a new tray_scale.cc that shows a display scale factor slider, but I just checked and it seems OK with mash.

You have to provide this switches to show it --ash-enable-scale-settings-tray
