Default requirements: * All controls and images must have meaningful labels; * All headings and labels should clearly describe their topic and purpose * All section headers are provided in a hierarchical manner * Everything in the DOM is in logical order * Any custom controls are marked up to be accessible * All functions must be keyboard reachable (w/o a mouse) * Focus must always be set correctly * Focus must be visually clear * Sufficient contrast between the text/images and the background (minimum. 4.5:1) * Users can understand everything without relying on color * For important user actions, the user should be given an opportunity to undo anything they didn’t mean to do * The user’s “context” should be constant after changing a setting or entering information * If an error is detected in a user’s input, the error should be identified and described to the user in text * Any essential dynamic updates are communicated Tracking spreadsheet: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1KYOH3Un7-rZRjEltqetzR5h-HVZkFd4Q4cAgmUBvs-U/edit?pli=1#gid=926843025
