What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. On the Sign-in page, click 'Add person'
2. Click on More Options -> Create new account
3. Enter First name and Lat name. Click Enter
4. Click on any of the user fields to enter date of birth and gender.

What do you see instead?
Black screen and chrome crash. Sign-in screen is displayed.
