obvious bar in playing foxnews video in fullscreen mode

When play foxnews.com video in fullscreen mode, there is an obvious cross video element bar present. This bar does not disappear even switch from fullscreen to embed mode. see attached screenshot.
This issue not repro on other browsers, e.g Safari

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) navigate to any video in foxnews.com
e.g http://video.foxnews.com/v/5032061489001/republican-national-convention/?#sp=watch-live
(2) switch to fullscreen mode


What is the expected output?
video playback is normal

What do you see instead?
obvious cross video bar

I can't reproduce this issue on Stable (51.0.2704.106) or Canary (54.0.2799.0). The player appears to be Flash-only.

Can you verify that this issue has not been fixed?

I found this issue is specific to one profile. I can't repro it in newly created profile.
I will resolve it as Won't Fix unless you want to investigate. please feel free to activate then.
