Gamepad mapping for Android-compatible gamepads |

Issue descriptionThere seems to be an unspoken standard of how axes and buttons are mapped for typical android-supported gamepads. We should provide a mapping that maps these gamepads to the 'W3C Standard Gamepad' A couple of the most popular Gamepads on Amazon follow this format. I got a couple at my desk.
