Issue descriptionGo to this page: https://bugs.chromium.org/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=628938 Click "Download" to download the "chromebug.html" file, the download bar will popup at the bottom, click "show all", it should take you to the downloads page, note that the downloaded file doesn't show up. Please wait for about 1 mins, then it will show up.
