Regression: Content is not loading properly in Print preview on navigating to Chrome://version

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Sign in to user>> go to Chrome://version>> print the page using Ctrl P and observe

Expected: Content should be seen on Print preview
Actual: Instead black dots is seen

This is a Regression issue is not seen in M52: 52.0.2743.75/8350.55.0 beta-channel Gnawty

Issue is seen in Linux also will provide the bisect info soon
