Precondition: Bookmark some pages in browser.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Launch chrome, resize the browser window.
(2) Press F6(Focus appear on bookmark bar), then press 'Tab' key upto focus reaches to chevron icon.
(3) Hitt 'Enter' key(bookmark list opened), then press Esc key and observe

Focus highlight is not visible on chevron icon after pressing Esc key.(when hitting Enter key bookmark list is open)

Focus highlight should be visible on chevron icon after pressing Esc key.

This is a regression issue broken in 'M53', below is bisect info:
