Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/51.0.2704.103 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Hover over link 2. Right click, select copy link address What is the expected behavior? Link address should be copied into clipboard What went wrong? Link address isn't copied into clipboard unless I 'copy' twice in a row. This hasn't worked in a long time. Did this work before? No Chrome version: 51.0.2704.103 Channel: n/a OS Version: 6.1 (Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2) Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 22.0 r0

I upgraded to 51.0.2704.106 m and still see this. The first link might copy ok. But when I try to copy a second link from the same page I still have the same problem. Note this is not a regression. This has been broken in chrome for years on many different computers.
