ElementVisibilityObserver or IntersectionObserver causing memory leaks

There are some flaky memory leaks in m_AutoplayVisibilityObserver in HTMLMediaElement. Should keep an eye on it and do proper fix if it's still happening.

Some leaks are still remaining after fixing  bug 628367 . Should we keep opening and reuse the other one, or use this new one?
