Issue descriptionChrome Version:54.0.2799.0 (Official Build)8acb9d5f2f71c3df8e64b13ee321a9d194e89785-refs/heads/master@{#405947} 32/64-bit. OS: Windows (7,8,8.1,10), Mac (10.10.5, 10.11.4), Linux (14.04 LTS) Steps: 1. Launch chrome and navigate to chrome://tracing. 2. Click on 'Record' >> 'Stop' , drag upwards to resize the trace drawing container. 3. Observe the text 'File Size Stats'. Actual: Text 'File Size Stats' appear chopped. Expected: Whole text should be properly seen. This is a regression issue broken in M-53. Investigated, it seems the regression was brought by a recent catapult roll which is somewhat reasonable. Suspecting https://chromium.googlesource.com/external/github.com/catapult-project/catapult.git/+/baa2999e8462ec4c153d2c95961d5536ecc201fc. Assign it to benjhayden. Please take a look at this issue.
