My CL added a callback list in sync process and the callback list has not yet been registered in this CL(which I will do in a follow up CL out for reviewing). I don't think it's related to this bug, this bug is more like a printing or displaying problem.

My guess is 405819, based on 'printing' in the CL's description.
thestig@, could you please see if this is related to your change?

Thank you!

lshang: Uh, did you actually look at r405819 ? That can't be the cause.

It's most likely one the of settings page changes. r405666, r405869, or r405678. +settings folks to triage.
None of these look like obvious culprits to me, so I'll do a manual bisect and report back soon.
tsergeant: Thanks for bisecting. I hope it's not r405819. ;)

Alright, looks like it's the Skia roll at r405886.

Assigning to halcanary@, who authored some SkPDF related commits in that roll.
simplified test case attached:

This is a problem with monospaced fonts.

https://crrev.com/2162023002 will fix this. I will review that next chance I get.
