Regression: Weird traces of about page is seen on report an issue overlay in chrome://md-settings.

Issue description

Version: 54.0.2799.0 Dev
OS: Ubuntu 14.04

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Launch chrome>>Navigate to chrome://md-settings/help page>>Now click on Report an Issue link and Observe.

Expected:About page traces should not be seen on report an issue overlay.
Actual: Instead weird traces of about page is seen on report an issue overlay.

This is Regression issue broken in M-53.

We don't have Report an issue in chromium builds.Hence providing manual bisect info.
Good build:53.0.2781.0 Dev
Bad build:53.0.2782.0 Dev

that CL should only have affected Chrome OS

also, this looks like a browser or blink bug, it's not something that could be caused by Settings itself

Unable to reproduce the issue on Ubuntu 14.04 using chrome latest stable #53.0.2785.143, beta #54.0.2840.50 and dev #55.0.2882.4 so closing this issue. Please raise a new issue or reopen if you come across the similar one on latest chrome version.
